We are seeing some consolidation in futures this morning to 3550 are after making highs around 3585. There are a bunch of strange shifts going on making the picture quite cloudy. Futures up slightly to 3508 this morning. Weve seen a pretty heavy drop in SPX gamma and major consolidation of levels at 3500. This is due to ~35k puts added yesterday to the 3500 strike. Futures are trading around 3515 but off of their overnight highs of 3525. Our data reflects little change from Friday – and that includes no move in the 3500 Call Wall. There was a solid build in SPX/SPY gamma overnight with futures at 3490. They had an overnight high around 3509 before pulling back some. The tricky spot here for our SPX forecast is that the Call Wall did not shift higher and we dont see any major options levels...
