Futures are a bit off last nights closing levels to the 3275 area. As 3300 remains the High Gamma Strike this futures pullback gives us a little breathing room, and we’d like to see call positions build up >3300. Futures are set to open higher this morning, but Notional Gamma in SPX actually declined vs Fridays close. SPY/QQQ have higher gamma, but SPX lower is surprising given that markets are higher which should bring more value to calls and therein more positive gamma. Futures couldnt punch through 3265 and remain flat to yesterdays close. We see FB/AAPL/AMZN and NQ all indicating higher this AM so this should be an interesting open. Futures are flat to last nights close but did test 3200 overnight. The Zero Gamma levels shifts to 3194, but outside of that levels are unchanged as we await the FOMC. The Combo charts appear to be showing that the 3225-3250 “resistance” area has now...
